An airplanes leading edge
- If there are bugs, use Release in a 20:1 dilution. If general dirt/dust, use a 40:1 dilution. Apply and let sit for 2-3 minutes. Lightly reapply in the 2-3 minutes if drying fast.
- Use a soft microfiber cloth and wipe Release and the soils off the leading edge. Some agitation may be required if the bugs have been on the surface for a long period of time.
- Once your soil is off, wipe one last time with a new clean cloth to ensure no Release is left on the surface for a clean and bright shine.
Belly of an airplane
- If caked on exhaust or grease, use Release 20:1 dilution. Soak and let sit for 3-5 minutes. Agitation will be required for thick grease/exhaust build up. Utilize a lightly used rag first to wipe the bulk of the grime off.
- Apply Release 40:1 dilution and wipe the remainder of the soil off.
- Once your soil is off, wipe one last time with a new clean cloth to ensure no Release is left on the surface for a clean aircraft belly.
Airplane windscreen/windows
- Use Release 100:1 dilution. Lightly spray on Release and let sit for 1-2 minutes if bugs are present.
- Use a clean soft microfiber cloth and gently wipe Release and the soils off the surface. Wipe in the direction of the airflow applying gentle pressure. Do not use a cloth you've used on other areas of the plane. Never wipe in circles on an airplane windscreen, this will cause scratching. Multiple applications may be required to get old bugs or other heavy soils off at this dilution.
- Once your soil is off, gently wipe with the airflow one last time with a new clean cloth to ensure no Release is left on the surface for a clean aircraft windscreen/windows.
